PROCESS
The Mason pant is sewn at a family owned factory in San Francisco who has been crafting pants and jeans for over 35 years. Each pair moves through at least 10 hand operated sewing machines to create a special hand-crafted product. After the sewing is completed, the garments are sent to a wash house in Los Angeles where the pant is washed with volcanic stones, enzymes and softners to add softness and character; plus reduce shrinkage. The pants are then inspected to make sure each pair meets our standards. Finally, the Mason is now ready for you.
