PROCESS

 The Mason pant is sewn in at a small factory owned factory in San Francisco who has been crafting pants and jeans for over 35 years.  Each pair moves through at least 10 hand operated sewing machines to create a special hand-crafted product with attention to detail.  After sewing in complete, the garments are sent to a wash house in Los Angeles where the garment is washed with volcanic stones, enzymes and softners to add softness and character; plus reduce shrinkage.  The pants are then inspected to make sure each pair meets our standards.  Finally, the Mason is now ready for you.
