This version of our signature cap is made from 10 oz cotton canvas sourced from an American mill. It has the same unstructured silhouette and soft brim as other styles in the line, with added structure in the crown from a horsehair canvas backing. The rear closure uses a vegetable-tanned leather strap and nickel buckle. No external branding, with a small embroidered American flag at the back.
Cut and sewn in Los Angeles, each cap is made using 100% cotton canvas with a plain weave and firm hand. The crown includes a natural horsehair backing for added structure without compromising flexibility. The rear strap is made from U.S.-sourced vegetable-tanned leather, paired with a nickel buckle for long-term durability. Designed to be worn, packed, and handled daily.
