Process

This premium chambray shirt is built at a small family owned factory in San Francisco who has been sewing American classics for over 35 years. Each garment moves through at least 10 hand operated sewing machines to create a special crafted product with attention detail.  After sewing, the shirt is sent to a separate finishing facility in Los Angeles where bleach, enzymes and softeners  are used to add softness and character; plus reduce shrinkage.  The product then goes through an inspection process to make sure it meets our quality standards with the goal of exceeding your expectations.
