STORY
The Dean Shirt is a wardrobe staple that has endless versatility; it can be rugged, casual or refined. At the office, dinner or lounging seaside this chambray shirt has you covered. The sturdy single pocket essential is crafted in a 6oz chambray from the famous Japanese Denim Mill, Kaihara. The mill consistently produces great fabric and is the only mill in Japan that performs the entire manufacturing process in its own factory, starting from raw cotton to finished fabric. This special indigo dyed chambray fabric will only get better with age, it has been given a garment wash to add softness and character. Enjoy this well-crafted gs. staple.
Process
This premium chambray shirt is built at a small family owned factory in San Francisco who has been sewing American classics for over 35 years. Each garment moves through at least 10 hand operated sewing machines to create a special crafted product with attention detail. After sewing, the shirt is sent to a separate finishing facility in Los Angeles where enzymes and softeners are used to add softness and character; plus reduce shrinkage. The product then goes through an inspection process to make sure it meets our quality standards with the goal of exceeding your expectations. Wear well.
