Shipping

  • We currently use FedEx as our shipping carrier; however in some cases (depending upon the weight/destination) UPS or USPS may be used.

  • For our free standard shipping, most orders arrive within 5-7 business days for in-stock items. Depending upon order volume and processing, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. Please see below for approximate delivery times.

  • On average, shipments will be processed the same day that the order is placed if it is received and authorized by noon (EST).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except Holidays).

    Return / Exchange Policy

    In-Store Return Policy

    We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. In order to receive a full refund to the original tender on items returned, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase; (ii) with proof of purchase; and (iii) in the original packaging.

    Item(s) returned without a receipt will be refunded as a store credit at the current selling price.

    In-Store cash returns are limited to $250. Cash returns exceeding $250 will be paid by check via mail approximately 10 business days from the date of return. 

    Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.

    Online Store Return Policy

    grown&sewn accepts return(s) exchanges within 14 days of when the product is ordered online, unless stated in the product description. For any returns please use your complimentary FedEx return slip placed in with your shipment.

    Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.

    For an exchange, please write on your Packing Slip the size you would like to exchange for and use your complimentary return label in your shipment. We will do everything in our power to get you the correct size. In the circumstance that the size you require is out of stock, you will be refunded in full for your purchase.
